🌟 Temp to Hire Opportunity: After completing the initial 3 months, candidates may be hired as permanent employees directly by the client, based on performance and company needs.
Shift Assignment: Candidates may be placed on either day shift or night shift based on the client’s operational needs at the time of placement. The $1.50 per hour shift differential applies exclusively to the night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Reach Trucks and standard forklifts to move and position materials throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished goods safely and on schedule.
  • Organize and manage inventory placement across all warehouse zones.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate movement records and follow all facility safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck is required.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items regularly.
  • Team-oriented mindset with solid attention to detail.
